The Tele-Sales Specialist is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product.
The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
The Tele-Sales Specialist will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.
The Tele-Sales Specialist reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Graduate of Any Course
With encoding experience in Excel for Bank, Financing, Sales, Tele-sales, Direct or Indirect Marketing Backgrounds.
Organized, diligent, punctual, trustworthy, flexible, team player, capable of working under pressure, can deal with all levels in the organization.
Competent in oral and written communication, Computer Literate, Good Vision, Speed typing, Accurate reporting, Ability to work fast.
