• Graduates of any 4 years course or Business Degree.
• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Single or Married
• Experience in telemarketing is a PLUS.
• Must be willing to assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
• Can speak Bisaya
• Ability of communicate effectively (Verbal and written)
• Organized and detailed oriented.
• Possesses good interpersonal skill and customer service orient

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products or services.
• Answer inbound calls from interested customers and provide detailed information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales progress.
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and call procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas or sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear explanations.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
