• Develop and execute strategies to attract new donors and supporters for Caritas Manila’s programs.
• Conduct outreach campaigns through calls, emails, events, and digital platforms to engage potential donors.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals, organizations, and institutions to encourage sustainable giving.
• Understand donor needs and align them with Caritas Manila’s mission and advocacy programs.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions in the donor management system.
• Collaborate with fundraising, communications, and program teams to optimize donor engagement and acquisition efforts.
• Monitor and analyze donor acquisition performance to recommend improvements.
• Represent Caritas Manila in donor-related activities, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates are welcome; fundraising or marketing experience is an advantage).
