• Manage and evaluates the performance of all Communication Equipment operators and the smooth operation of communication systems
• Responsible in answering all the problem that may arise at all times
• Ensures that all communication equipment are in good condition
• Plans, organizes and implements ways and means in maintaining/improving communication system
• Supervises the daily activities of the staff
• Prepares and submits reports
• Coordinates with service provider any trouble or problems regarding trunk lines and direct lines
• Monitor performance of the team
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Education: Completion of at least 2 years studies in college regardless of course, preferably with computer knowledge
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
• Training: 16 hours of relevant training
• Eligibility: None Required
