Know how to:

- Conduct repair and maintenance

- Mechanical (AC, Refrigiration)

- Every 2 months and/or Quarterly conducts PMS of kitchen equipment and Air Conditioning System, electrical wirings, panel boards, sockets, light/bulbs, and make sure that all are in good condition and operational repairs electrical appliances.

- Assure all technical machineries, equipments and other concerns are in good condition all the time

- Prepare necessary report and updates of all technical progress

- Teaching the staff in the branch on prevention of the technical problems as well as basic cleaning of the equipment

- Conducts declogging activity of the pipelines across all branches

- Conducts monthly inspection of the branches and make documentation

- Other task that may assign from time to time
