Role: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Description

• Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding consumer electronics
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for sound systems
• Handle warranty concerns and general technical inquiries
• Identify and escalate priority issues to next-level support when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Document customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and FAQs for end-users.
• Possible weekend and split schedules

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
