  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities through networks, researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calls, and attending industry related events.
  • Conduct through needs analysis and assessments to understand customer lighting and electrical requirements, and provide technical expertise on our products to provide solutions to their specific needs.
  • Present and demonstrate, conduct product presentations to clients (individual or group), highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, R&D, and Technical team to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product solutions to the customer's needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support such as service assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement or new offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through account management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.


Qualifications:

  • College Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineer, Interior Designer, Architecture, Business or Marketing related course.
  • Experience in construction, electrical & lighting, interior design, or architectural firms that are sales or account management related.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PPT, Word, Excel, or other productivity app. Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are acceptable provided that they have outstanding performance in school
