• The Service Engineer Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, equipment maintenance, and field services.
• This role involves working closely with clients, the sales team, and maintenance technicians to resolve issues, provide training, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate and resolve customer problems effectively.
• Assist in the installation of equipment.
• Analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide customer training on product usage and maintenance.
• Repair, test, and maintain equipment, monitoring product performance.
• Maintain and update product manuals as needed.
• Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Report common customer complaints to top management for future reference and improvement.
• Make recommendations to maintenance technicians to enhance service quality.
• Provide feedback on product development, features, and functions.
• Lead initiatives to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Engineer Coordinator.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and handle clients effectively.
