The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives by building candidate pipelines, coordinating sourcing events, and assisting with internal recruitment marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:

• Pipelining Pilot: Facilitate and support candidate pipelining efforts through participation in career fairs and related recruitment events.
• University Relations & SPARK Events: Provide sourcing support for university partnerships and SPARK initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
• Employee Referral Program: Assist in the administration and promotion of the company-wide Employee Referral Program to enhance internal talent referrals.
• Marketing & Internal Communications: Serve as a marketing assistant for internal communications, including creating ads, promotional materials, and announcements to support recruitment and employee engagement efforts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have experience in coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, or university relations. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have photography experience. (Non-negotiable)
• Must have the creativity in developing content for internal communications, social media, and recruitment ads. (Non-negotiable)
