Lumikha Teams is looking for someone to find and bring in the right startups for our innovation programs.

You'll figure out where to look for startups, build outreach plans that actually get results, and use AI tools to make the search faster and smarter — all while working closely with our operations, engagement, and growth teams.

What you'll do:

• Decide what kind of startups to target for each program — industry, size, location, technology
• Find and prioritize the best places to look: investor networks, accelerator programs, online communities, events, newsletters
• Build outreach plans, set targets, and track what's actually working
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up and sharpen the search
• Work closely with our operations, engagement, and growth teams

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in growth, startup programs, venture work, consulting, or accelerator programs
• An understanding of how the startup and founder community works
• Comfortable with numbers — setting targets, building plans, predicting results
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, data scraping, or automation
• Strong research skills and a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
