Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring all positions are filled within agreed timelines
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments, endorsing qualified candidates to the HR Supervisor for 2nd-level interview
• Coordinate interviews and provide clear, timely updates to Department Heads and the General Manager
• Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation with 100% compliance to company policies
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports with accuracy and completeness
• Identify process improvements and propose actions to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
• Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of candidate and recruitment data
• Facilitate and monitor employee clearance and offboarding documentation, ensuring all forms and approvals are complete and accurate
