Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing Telecom operations. This role is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring Riggers, Telecom Engineers, and other technical and support roles. The position also plays a critical role in employee documentation, including 201 file completion and masterlisting management.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate strong initiative, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for Telecom positions, including Riggers, Engineers, Technicians, and related roles
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires in accordance with company and project requirements
  • Prepare, complete, and maintain 201 files with accurate and compliant employee documentation
  • Manage and regularly update the employee masterlist and recruitment tracking reports
  • Coordinate with HR and project teams to ensure manpower requirements are met within agreed timelines
  • Support compliance with labor standards, internal policies, and client documentation requirements
  • Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Exposure to Telecom recruitment (Riggers, Engineers, Technical roles) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of basic HR documentation and record-keeping is a plus
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
  • Can start as soon as possible


Work Set-up

  • On-site work from 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Work-from-home every Saturday
