Create and publish job ads in various job portals such as but not limited to Job Street, Indeed, Jora, social media like Facebook, etc.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during job events.
Screen resumes/CVs and job applications based on the qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Always Maintain good relationship with all the applicants.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Ensures that all recruitment documents are complete/in-tact and timely submitted.
Conducts and facilitate recruitment orientation to all applicants.
Shows versatility and promptness in performing other tasks that may be directed and assigned by the Recruitment Supervisor

A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related courses
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
With at least 6months of experience in a recruitment role that included interviewing, screening, and tracking candidates through the entire hiring process.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical roles and job requirements.
Good time management skills
