Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, forests, trusts, and group policies. 
• Plan and execute Active Directory migrations and upgrades. 

Management and Maintenance:

• Manage and monitor replication, DNS, and time synchronization within the AD environment. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory infrastructure. 
• Implement and maintain security policies and access controls. 

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Active Directory services with other systems, including desktop, server, Unix, identity management, and general applications. 
• Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of demonstrated skills and experience
• At least 5 years’ windows systems administration experience in a production environment with demonstrated increasing responsibility.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience administering a large-scale Active Directory environment
• Strong foundation in Systems Administration principles, including systems automation, Dev Ops, change management, capacity planning, documentation, etc.
• Advanced expertise configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows servers, including automation of common configuration and setup procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Windows Active Directory administration
• Strong level of experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Desktop operating systems methodologies (file system, registry, services, etc.), as well as system tools and remote desktop support.
• Experience securely provisioning Windows Servers for production level services
• Demonstrated strong multi-tasking skills.

• MCSA or MCSE Certification in Windows Server 2016 or later
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory backup and restore technologies.
• Knowledge and experience with Application Virtualisation (App-V, MSIX).
• Knowledge and experience with Service Now or alternative problem and incident management tools.
