Position Name: Lark System Operations Specialist

Work location: Metro Manila, Philippines

The person we're looking for:

If you are familiar with the operation and daily maintenance of Lark collaborative office system, have experience in process optimization and automation configuration, and can communicate fluently in Chinese, then you may be the person we are looking for!

What you do:

1. Implement the operation of Lark system according to the overall planning of the company, so as to make team collaboration more efficient;

2. Help various departments to build processes and configure automation tools to improve work efficiency;

3. To deal with daily problems, provide support and training for colleagues; collect and analyze system usage data, and put forward optimization suggestions;

4. If you can actively find the links that can be improved and propose feasible plans, you will enjoy the corresponding reward mechanism after completion.

We want you to:

1. At least 1 year experience in operating Lark or similar collaborative office system;

2. Fluent in Chinese Communication, Which Can Be Used as Daily Working Language;

3. Good Communication Skills and Problem Solving Skills Salary:

The salary will be calculated by referring to the market level of the same position in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou with 5-10 years of experience in China × 2.

The specific amount will be discussed according to your experience and ability.
