Job Description

Assists Systems Support Officer in the management and maintenance of systems used by RLBG Act as Security Admin Maker for users' access rights definition and maintenance based on duly approved requests. Performs systems maintenance: Assists in first level analysis of system related problem referred by users. For account related referred problems, accesses affected application system, inquires details of accounts, conducts analysis, responds to user's queries, initiates preparation of recommended solution and refers observed bugs and/or enhancements required to address problem to System Support Officer. Documents system incidents/ issues and report to respective system developers and/or technical support personnel. Monitors resolution of system incidents to ensure that it is addressed accurately and on a timely basis and provide updates to users. Broadcast all security bulletins / alerts / activities to business users. Acts as Junior Analyst on Major Projects such as Conversion and Product Development and Initiates preparation of Test Scripts and in conducting User Acceptance. Initiates preparation of User Manual, Procedures Manual and Training Materials

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Preferably with background on systems analysis, design and project management, operation processes or with experience in handling hardware/software installations.
• Troubleshooting, experience in local area networking; cable of interacting with various types of people (IT Programmers, Operations Users, Systems Audit); has strong analytical Skills; and keen to details.
