The Front End Supervisor oversees the total front end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
• Effectively handles customer feedback
• Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
• Accountable for the front end assets management
• Database maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.
