Responsibilities

• Staff management: Supervise, coordinate, and train crew members, manage their schedules, and provide feedback on performance. 
• Operations oversight: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, which includes opening and closing procedures, task delegation, and monitoring staff to ensure efficiency. 
• Customer service: Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining high service standards. 
• Quality control: Ensure that all products and services meet company standards, and that the outlet is clean, safe, and well-maintained. 
• Inventory and supplies: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, and ensure that equipment is in good working order. 
• Administrative duties: Keep accurate records, assist with cash handling, and communicate with management to coordinate schedules and address issues.
