About the role

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Supervisor to join our team at Moderno Smart Home Depot, OPC in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of showroom associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
2. Oversee the maintenance, organisation, and presentation of the showroom to the highest standards
3. Liaise with the sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to implement product displays and promotional activities
4. Monitor and analyse showroom performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales
5. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of showroom operations strategies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a showroom or retail management role, preferably in the home improvement or furniture industry
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and improve showroom performance
5. Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and an eye for detail
6. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various responsibilities effectively
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
