As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. You’ll support the team, make sure service runs smoothly, handle inventory and suppliers, and ensure we meet safety and quality standards. You'll also assist in managing costs, improving sales, and keeping everything on track — from customer service to staff coordination.

• Preferably a graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
• With experience in handling restaurant operations; roving background is a plus
• Knowledgeable in inventory, ordering, and coordinating with suppliers
• Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
• Can handle reports, staff concerns, and day-to-day challenges
• Knows how to drive sales through strategies and promotions
• Comfortable using POS, restaurant systems, and Microsoft Office
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and flexible with work location
