The Senior Software QA Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality of projects by leading testing, analysis, validation, and support activities. This role also involves guiding junior team members and improving QA processes. The Senior QA Analyst is involved in all project phases, from testing to post-implementation support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting and provide advanced technical support for systems and applications.

• Identify the root cause of system issues and suggest permanent fixes or temporary workarounds.

• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs through interviews and analysis.

• Suggest improvements to QA processes to enhance project quality and efficiency.

• Develop use cases and set User Acceptance criteria for project requirements.

• Write clear and detailed requirements and documentation.

• Mentor junior QA team members.

Note: This position is on a FULL ONSITE setup in BGC, Taguig.
