The Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to meets the client needs, bridging the gap between technical and business teams.

Qualifications:

• College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field.
• With 1-3 years of work relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills both in verbal and written (to be able to translate complex technical concepts into understable terms
• Team player.
• Experience in software development; system integration; network infrastructure.
• Experience in in project management to ensure timely delivery of work output and observes budget
• Strong problem-solving skills and resolves technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Design and Implementation: designing and developing technical solutions based on client's requirement; experience with software development, system architecture and design; evaluating and enhancing infrastructure to support solution implementation and scaling.
• Project Management: from inception/completion, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of project and adherence to budget.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and developed tailored solutions that is aligned with their business objective.
• Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success.
