Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Software Tester (manual) with a strong background in testing web applications, mobile apps, and various software systems? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our innovative team, where you will play a key role in ensuring top-quality product releases. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, executing test cycles, and collaborating closely with product owners and developers. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality across web, app, and other platforms.
• Manual Testing: Execute manual testing cycles, document defects, and work with the team to validate fixes and improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and ensure that test results drive continuous quality improvements.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and drive the overall quality assurance effort within the team.
• Communication: Engage actively with cross-functional teams, providing clear, actionable feedback and collaborating to solve complex testing challenges.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and general software systems.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality—essential for close collaboration with product owners and developers.
• Highly self-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices is a plus.
