As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the development of banking portals and IT products for top-tier banks across Southeast Asia. You’ll lead high-impact projects, collaborate with talented teams, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions that redefine the banking experience.

• Lead the Charge: Manage multiple software development projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and clients to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Master the Plan: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines, risks, and communication strategies.
• Solve & Adapt: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Client-Facing Excellence: Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Drive Change: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, methodologies, and change management processes.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in IT project management, with a focus on software development. Banking-related project experience is a huge plus!
• Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Redmine.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster certifications are a bonus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
• Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Stellar client communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with bank IT systems, API integration, or data migration is an advantage.
