Type of Employment: Full time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
1. Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on project requirements.
2. Collaborate with the client, stakeholders, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
3. Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
4. Test and deploy programs and applications.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.
6. Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance.
7. Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.
8. Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
2. Proficiency in one or more programming languages including PHP, Python, Java and C++ and/or Ruby.
3. Proficiency or knowledge in frameworks or systems such as ASAP.net, AngularJS, Next JS, Vanilla JS and Git.
4. Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
5. Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently or within a team.
8. Passion for technology and learning new programming languages or tools.
9. Can start immediately.

Technical Requirements for WFH:
1. Own pc or laptop with the ff. specs:
- A modern Quad-Core CPU (AMD Ryzen 3 or Intel i3 equivalent)
- 8GB of dedicated system memory
- Antivirus software is up to date
- Operating System is up to date (minimum: Windows 10 22H1/macOS 11.0)
2. Reliable internet connection
- 5 MPBS download and 3 MBPS upload internet bandwidth
