Social Media Officer is responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with the target audience, and promoting brand awareness and growth through social media platforms. S/He is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. His/her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful omni channel strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a flair for creativity.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Crisis management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
• Familiarity with branding and design principles is a plus.
