Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to detect, investigate, and respond to potential threats in real time.
Manage and maintain core security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and proxy systems.
Lead investigations into security incidents—perform root cause analysis, document findings, and develop remediation strategies.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices and standards in line with regulatory frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, and SOX.
Coordinate and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, ensuring timely mitigation of identified risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including network, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams—to improve security posture.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to security policies and compliance standards.
Stay ahead of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends, and recommend proactive measures to enhance defenses.
Support and manage firewall and proxy configurations, access policies, and ongoing security reviews.
Maintain detailed documentation including security architectures, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.

4+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or network security roles.
Proficient in security, monitoring, and networking technologies, protocols, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and other enterprise security tools.
Solid understanding of network security, web security, WAFs, and proxy technologies.
Proven ability to analyze and respond to security incidents, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with security compliance standards and frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, and SOX.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally to implement security improvements.
