• Responsible for establishing a high precision plane and elevation control network for bridge construction and carry out regular resurvey and maintenance to ensure a unified and accurate measurement for the entire bridge.
• Complete the setting out of three-dimensional coordinates and elevation measurement for all key structures including the center of pile, contour of abutment, axis or pier column, center of support, edge line of girder beam to provide precise basis for steel bar binding and erection (Cast-in-place beams).
• Accountable for support settlement observation, template elevation adjustment and line control.
• In-charge for precise positioning measurement for installation, including plane position, elevation and longitudinal and transverse slope control.
• Regular observation of bridge settlement, displacement and deformation and the formation of monitoring reports.
• Anticipate in the calculation and measurement of quantities such as earthwork and concrete in various construction stages.
• Oversee the geometric dimension acceptance measurement after the completion of the process.
• Fill in and file all measurement original records, inspection data and calculation results completely and timely.
• Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of instruments such as total station, precision and GNSS receiver to ensure the accuracy of measurement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or other related studies.
• With experience in land/engineering survey.
• Strong knowledge of highway and bridge construction methods, materials and legal regulations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Surfer, or GIS Tools.
• Proficient in survey instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
