This position will support EBARA Foods’ local activities in the Philippines.

The main role is to visit Japanese restaurants, assist with sample delivery and follow-ups, and support Japanese staff during business trips (including interpretation and coordination).

• Visit Japanese restaurants and food distributors to deliver product samples and collect feedback
• Follow up with existing customers and maintain good relationships
• Gather simple information about new restaurants or menu items
• Prepare short visit reports and share updates with the Japan team
• Arrange appointments with restaurants before business trips
• Accompany visiting Japanese staff to restaurants; provide interpretation and assistance during meetings or cooking presentations
• Provide basic local support such as coordination, communication, and scheduling

• Can deliver results even in a WFH setup.
• Conversational Japanese skills (with JLPT N3 level or certificate or above is preferred).
• Can use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in making a presentation or a report
• Interest in Japanese food and culture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to visit restaurants and do fieldwork in Metro Manila
• Responsible, proactive, and cooperative personality
• Driving license is an advantage
