• Ensure the proper use of the Preventive Maintenance checklists in all the equipment and facilities of the property

• Receive the instructions of the Building Engineer to address unit owner/tenant concerns and assign to technicians according to their areas of expertise

• Receive instructions of the Building Engineer regarding works that need to be done in the common areas, and assign to technicians according to their areas of expertise

• Dispense the work schedule/assignments of the technicians

• Gather proposals for engineering and technical works needed in the property; adhere to the procurement policy of the company

• Coordinate with all third-party contractors for repairs and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and common areas

• Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding work schedule or assignment of technicians, preparation of purchase requests for supplies and materials

• Monitor the inventory of engineering supplies; control the delivery and pull-out of engineering supplies by implementing a bin card system

• Adhere to the concern slip process related to the Engineering and Maintenance works

• Process work permit or renovation permit applications, and endorse to the Building Engineer for vetting

• Prepare and maintain the 201 files for each equipment, facility, and amenity of the property

• Act as OIC of the Engineering and Maintenance function when the Building Engineer is not around

• Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative

• Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants

• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil, Secondary Mechanical or Electrical
  • License Engineer is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment and systems maintenance
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions. With knowledge in maintenance of all building system
  • Has knowledge and understanding of blueprints
  • Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications such as MS Office and e-mail
  • Must have knowledge in maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Detection and Prevention Systems, and civil/architectural works
