FONS ENTERPRISE INC. is a fast-growing architectural specialty contractor with over 20 years of background in high-quality installation of various architectural materials such as doors, flooring, wall cladding, and cabinetry. Our team works closely with developers, designers, and general contractors to deliver precision-built projects on time and to the highest standards. Our projects are mostly high-rise buildings for top developers that include Ayala Land Premiere, Avida Land, Shang Properties Inc., Rockwell Land, and Robinsons Land.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Engineer who desires exposure to large-scale projects dealing with the top developers and architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities (deliveries, inventory monitoring, installation, QC, handover).
• Technical Specs Review: Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material specs, and technical requirements. May also be assigned to prepare drawings as needed.
• Daily Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, methodology, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordination: Proactively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient implementation of project activities.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Cost Control: Monitor site expenses to ensure profitable balance relative to work accomplishment.
• Project Monitoring: Report regularly on project progress, including potential risks, delays, or design discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Undergraduates may apply.
• PRC license is optional.
• Experience in architectural, interior fit-out, or specialty construction is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and site coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be willing to be assigned to project site.
