• Prepare and review site development plans, grading plans, drainage plans, road layouts, and utility designs.
• Conduct and supervise topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in coordination with survey teams.
• Analyze survey data, geotechnical reports, and engineering studies to ensure accurate project design and execution.
• Oversee and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare engineering reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for permits, inspections, and project approvals.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and recommend effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, survey data, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering.
• Licensed Civil or Geodetic Engineer (preferred or as required by local regulations).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in engineering and survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GNSS, or related tools.
• Strong understanding of grading design, drainage systems, roadworks, and local construction standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
