1. Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in hydraulic structural engineering and quality management. Exceptional candidates with proven achievements may have relaxed requirements.
• Candidates with prior experience in technical quality management of rock revetments, wave wall, concrete block matress, and eco-slope protections will be prioritized.

2. Technical Competence

• Proficient in ASTM , ACI (e.g., ACI 318 for concrete structures), and EN (e.g., EN 1992 for Eurocode)，rock manual.
• Proven ability to:

1. Independently lead technical problem-solving for complex issues
2. Direct teams in MS, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan),and other technical documentation

3. Management & Systemization

• Experience in establishing ISO 9001-aligned quality management systems for coastal protection projects,

• PMP/IPMP certification holders will receive priority consideration.
• Candidates with experience in Middle East/SEA infrastructure projects (particularly in the Philippines) are strongly preferred, including:
• Familiarity with DPWH (Philippines Public Works Department) approval processes
• Work Commitment: Ability to work 8-12 hours/day with 30 days/month on-site commitment. Flexible to extended working hours during critical construction phases.
• Personal Attributes :Proven track record of diligent execution, strong sense of accountability, and flexibility to adhere to project directives.

2. Be familiar with the operation of weighing scales.

3. Be capable of operating generators.

4. Be proficient in using computers for office work.

5. Preferably have a local driver's license.
