• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Create detailed service orders and repair estimates
• Communicate with technicians to determine repair timelines
• Explain recommended services and costs to customers
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion
• Ensure all repairs are completed to company and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of services and transactions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Promote additional services and maintenance packages
• Coordinate with parts department for necessary components

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with service management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
