As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a fast-moving, ambitious team shaping the future of enterprise AI. You’ll play a key role in scaling, securing, and productionizing our platform to meet the performance, reliability, and compliance standards of industry giants. What you'll work on:

• Productionize Python processes (AI agent workers) and Node.js backend applications.
• Automate the deployment of different types of voice AI agents — making it fast and seamless to launch new agent types for different clients.
• Build systems to turn on/off and manage instances of deployed voice agents easily and reliably.
• Design and implement highly reliable queuing systems to ensure job requests don't fail and recover gracefully.
• Improve process monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability to catch and fix issues early.
• Secure real-time LLM-driven applications, focusing on data privacy, session integrity, sensitive data handling, and adherence to industry-specific regulatory standards (GDPR, BSP, AMLA, PDIC).
• Help enforce security best practices (following OWASP guidelines) and prepare systems for audit-readiness (GDPR, SOC 2 compliance).
• Collaborate with AI and backend teams to ensure a smooth path from prototype to scalable, production-grade systems.

What we're looking for:

• 4–6+ years of experience building and maintaining production-ready backend systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (processes, workers) and Node.js (applications, APIs).
• Experience automating deployments of applications and processes (scripts, CI/CD pipelines, basic containerization if needed).
• Deep understanding of reliable queueing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, SQS) and fault recovery patterns.
• Familiarity with securing real-time applications, especially LLM-driven systems (session security, prompt protection, data privacy).
• Familiarity with application security (OWASP guidelines, secure authentication flows, access control).
• Experience managing long-running backend processes and ensuring stability at scale.
• Strong focus on reliability, observability, and system health.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with real-time systems (voice, messaging, audio).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (even without heavy Kubernetes experience).
• Hands-on familiarity with BFSI-specific regulatory environments and compliance audits (GDPR, SOC 2, BSP standards).
• Knowledge of handling sensitive data within BFSI contexts (AMLA, PDIC compliance).
