Açıklama

We are looking for a highly organized and multitasking Secretary to support our team with administrative tasks, content creation, lead generation, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video and picture creation, have strong administrative skills, and be experienced with online tools like Canva. If you are a self-starter, creative, and can manage multiple tasks, we encourage you to apply.


  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives or teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items after meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
  • Manage office equipment and technology, ensuring they are operational and well-maintained.
  • Perform any additional clerical duties as assigned by management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.


Video and Picture Creation

  • Capture and edit videos and photos for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure high-quality visuals are created for marketing or project purposes.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize files, maintain documentation, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with office organization and ensure smooth daily operations.

Data Encoding

  • Encode and input data into relevant systems and platforms accurately.
  • Maintain and update digital files, reports, and databases.

Lead Generation

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential leads via email, phone calls, or other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking systems.

Social Media Content Creation (Canva)

  • Create visually engaging social media posts using Canva.
  • Edit and design graphics for promotions, events, or other announcements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, fax machines).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead generation tools.
  • Experience in graphic design or content creation.
