Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join our team as an SAP Finance Transformation Lead. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of SAP migration and finance transformation initiatives. You will report directly to the Group Controller and play a key role in aligning system implementation with business objectives, financial controls, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Finance department, business users, internal IT teams, and third-party implementation partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Controller to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements within the project scope.
• Drive end-to-end project management including planning, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Lead high-level process analysis and work with internal process owners to ensure financial and operational requirements are accurately reflected in system design and specifications.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to business process changes, data migration, and system integration; escalate issues and decisions to senior leadership as needed.
• Ensure the implementation of robust internal controls, audit compliance, and adherence to financial reporting standards within the new system.
• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and training for business process owners and end-users.
• Support post-go-live transition efforts, stabilization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a strong focus on finance transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, ERP migration methodologies, and business process redesign.
• Proven track record in leading SAP migration or implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements specific to ERP implementations.
• SAP certification in Finance or S/4HANA (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and support both technical teams and business users.
