Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions for SAP applications.
• Gather, analyze, and validate user requirements to build effective digital adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize SAP end-user processes and overall productivity.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and technical expertise for WalkMe integrations, especially with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP modules.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client standards, quality expectations, and timeline requirements.

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience implementing WalkMe in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems, end-user workflows, and digital adoption challenges.
• Practical experience deploying WalkMe solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs.
