Are you looking to break into the world of high-stakes investments? Whitestone Holdings is a Manila-based investment firm specializing in Real Estate. We are looking for a motivated, sharp, and proactive Sales Intern to join our team in the heart of BGC.

This isn’t your typical "coffee-run" internship. You will be embedded directly within our Sales department, gaining hands-on experience in the lifecycle of high-value transactions and luxury asset management.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be at the intersection of property and innovation. Your core responsibilities include:

• Sales Support: Keeping the engine running by assisting with lead management, client documentation, and CRM data entry.
• Market Analysis: Diving deep into market research and competitor analysis to identify the next big Real Estate and Tech opportunities.
• Collateral Creation: Helping craft high-end sales proposals and presentations for premium investment projects.
• Direct Exposure: Stepping out of the office to participate in property showcases and exclusive sales events.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
• Commitment: Must be able to complete a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are key).
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and a genuine interest in client relations.
