Job Title: Sales Agent (Security Background Preferred)

Compensation: Hourly Base + Commission (Performance-Based)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and disciplined Sales Agent with a background in security or related industries. This role is highly KPI-driven and requires strong outbound sales activity, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to manage multiple lead generation channels daily. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting structured performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily lead generation across multiple channels.

- Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day targeting at least 7 different businesses.

- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects to move deals through the pipeline.

- Execute email marketing campaigns, including outreach and nurturing sequences.

- Manage and contribute to social media marketing efforts to generate and engage leads.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Daily Expectations

- Work a structured 8-hour shift.

- Maintain high call volume and engagement rates.

- Consistently meet outreach, follow-up, and conversion benchmarks.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in security services or related fields.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling.

- Experience with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and social media marketing.

- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
