Responsibilities

• Responsible for building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identifies prospects, ensures customer satisfaction, and continuously seeks new opportunities to drive business growth.
• Promotes the company’s existing products and introduces new products to the market.
• Conducts research and develops marketing opportunities and plans, identifies market trends, and suggests system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with clients.
• Assists with corporate marketing strategies and expansion into new markets.
• Coordinates sales efforts with other departments.
• Supplies the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products or services, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• With relevant experience in sales within the lighting industry, handling retail accounts
• Can drive a car and/or motorcycle; with a valid driver’s license
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Adaptive, strategic, business research-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
