Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and development existing key corporate accounts
• Understand and assess client requirements and prepare accurate proposals
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate closely with the Production teams, along with the Technical Support team, to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and effectively translated into deliverables
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including site visits, technical advice, and problem resolution
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity documentation to management
• Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded
• Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
