Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or sales (vape or related industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Sales-driven with a desire to meet or exceed sales target
• Willing to render long hours
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift products or stocks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Must be 21 to 30 years of age
• Good looking, confident in appearance.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of vape products, e-liquids, and devices.
• Experience in upselling and customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, trends, and vaping regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow all company policies and state/federal compliance laws regarding vape and tobacco sales.
