The Sales Representative plays a vital role in promoting and selling SPHEEDA’s line of electric bicycles and e-mobility products. The position focuses on identifying potential customers, demonstrating product features, providing excellent customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets. The representative also serves as the company’s front-line ambassador, helping to educate the public about the benefits of electric transportation and supporting SPHEEDA’s mission to advance eco-friendly mobility solutions in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sales and Promotion

· Present, promote, and sell SPHEEDA’s electric bicycles and accessories to retail and corporate customers.

· Conduct product demonstrations, explaining key features, performance, and value for money.

· Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance goals.

· Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and preferences.

2. Customer Engagement and Support

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through quality service and follow-up.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support needs professionally.

· Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

3. Marketing and Events

· Participate in promotional activities, test-ride events, and exhibits to boost brand visibility.

· Support marketing initiatives, including online promotions and social media engagement.

· Represent SPHEEDA with professionalism at all public events and trade shows.

4. Reporting and Coordination

· Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.

· Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment and delivery.

· Maintain updated records of clients, prospects, and sales transactions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

· At least 1 year of sales experience — preferably in electric bicycles, motorcycles, automotive, or retail sales.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and confident in dealing with different types of clients.

· Knowledge of electric bikes and sustainable transportation is an advantage.

· Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.

Working Conditions:

· Work is conducted in both showroom and field settings.

· May involve travel for client meetings, demonstrations, or events.

· Standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to operational needs).
