Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to the needs of each customer
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
Northern Mindanao base, like Cagayan de Oro City
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales
Willing to do field work and to be assigned to Mindanao,
With a Professional Driver's License
