Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and goals as set by the company.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and field visits within the assigned territory.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's specific business needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and confidently close deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.


Client Relationship Management

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Client Visits: Schedule and conduct regular site visits/meetings with clients and potential clients.


Reporting and Strategy

  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer information.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit concise sales reports (weekly/monthly) detailing sales progress, forecasts, and territory performance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends in the Philippines to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales-related role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino are essential for engaging with a diverse client base.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Other:

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with Filipino clients and business partners.
