Myvan Properties is looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to promote and sell our housing and condominium projects across the country. You will represent the brand, guide clients in choosing the right property, and close deals with professionalism and integrity.

This role is office-based with fieldwork and is ideal for those passionate about property sales, client engagement, and real estate growth.

• Promote Myvan’s housing and condominium projects through online and offline channels
• Respond to inquiries via social media, phone, and walk-ins
• Set appointments, conduct trippings, and close property sales
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current and upcoming developments
• Assist clients with documentation and buying process
• Prepare and submit sales reports and client updates
• Participate in property exhibits, open houses, and promotional events
• Build and maintain a strong client network for referrals and repeat business

• Graduate of any 4-year course (real estate, marketing, business-related preferred)
• With or without experience in real estate sales
• Knowledgeable in housing and condominium selling is a plus
• Must be tech-savvy and active on social media
• Willing to attend trainings and site familiarization
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to work on-site and in the field when needed
