Job description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure satisfaction. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams and stay informed about industry trends to deliver exceptional service and drive success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Close deals and projects through in-depth product presentations and customized proposals.
  • Provide costings and project bundles that are beneficial both to the clients and the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from leads generation to closing, closely overseeing the projects from pre-implementation to post-implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time.
  • Address client concerns and challenges effectively to maintain satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Manager


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably with years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
