• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or a related sales environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with brokers and sellers

Role Purpose / Job Summary:

• Assist in generating leads for the sale and lease of the company’s real estate properties
• Support efforts to identify and connect with potential buyers and leasers, assist in implementing sales strategies, coordinate site viewings, and help track inquiries and progress updates
• Assist in engaging with clients and brokers, coordinate basic marketing activities, and respond to client and broker requests under the guidance of the team

Area Assignment / Office:

Head Office – NCR, Bangkal

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
