Job Type: Full Time | On-Site | Graveyard Shift

The Outbound Sales Representative (Voice and Non-Voice) plays a key role in Exodia’s client acquisition efforts by proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and chat. This role is part of the Sales Department and is responsible for identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating meaningful engagement to support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-driven, and adaptable across various communication channels to deliver consistent, high-quality outreach that aligns with Exodia’s brand and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential leads based on targeting criteria
• Execute outbound email and chat-based outreach
• Qualify leads according to Sales Department protocols
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Support Specialist / Account Executive for call handovers
• Maintain and update CRM records daily
• Support Sales Department initiatives and campaigns

Skills Required:

• Strong English communication (verbal and written)
• Cold calling, email, and chat outreach etiquette
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead qualification
• Adaptable to script-based or personalized messaging

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Preferred: 6 months+ in BPO, lead generation, or sales support roles
• Fresh grads with strong communication skills may be considered
• No certifications required but any relevant training in sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage
• Active participation in debate and public speaking clubs, marketing or entrepreneurship organizations, school publications and outreach events, as well as job fairs, sales bootcamps, and lead generation competitions
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
